Stable wireless communication with the use of two-band Wi-Fi network (5 GHz and 2.4 GHz) allows to put the phone in almost any place. It improves the estetics of its surroundings due to the smaller quantity of wires. The built-in antenna’s gain ensures the perfect call quality.

Intuitive use
The work is facilitated by: large colour display, state and statuse notification, secondary scrolled screen with two-colour BLF keys, programmable keys to access the most useful features and SIP accounts and legible information. Speakerphone and support of headsets ensure the comfort regarless of how the phone is used.

Quick contact
The phonebooks, contact groups, memory keys and dialling assistant help to identify the callers and to establish connections quickly. The contacts in the local phonebook may be enriched with photos. Scrolled side screen allows to monitor 20 users. Every Platan EXT-244CG expansion module out of even five helps to contact 72 numbers.

Easy settings
The Platan IP-T218CGW phone settings can be changed by phone or web interface. The configuration can be sent to the phone automatically from the PBX server – thanks to the auto provision feature, what together with the Power over Ethernet is particularly useful when installing many devices.

The phone ensures the HD quality of sound transmission for handset, speakerphone and ringtones. HD audio requires the support of G.722 codec by the PBX system.

Intuitive use
Large colour display, programmable keys, Busy Lamp Fields (BLF) and possibility of scrolling the screen make the use of this compact module very intuitive and comfortable. A set of a phone with five expansion modules facilitates the access to even 380 users and allows to monitor their activity. 

Quick contact
The photos or avatars added to the local contacts facilitate the callers' identification and help to establish connections quickly. A call incoming to another user can be easily picked up or frequently used features can be saved under the memory keys.

Easy configuration
The Platan EXT-244CG expansion module's keys can be programmed directly from the module or by the web interface of Platan phones. The configuration can be sent to the phone and expansion module automatically from the PBX server thanks to the auto provision feature.
