PLATAN sp. z o.o. sp.k. offers technologically advanced electronic devices of our own production, based on the results of research and development works of our designers.

All processes: design, production, distribution and service are subordinated to the overriding goal - ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction with the possession and use of our products.

We achieve this by:

  • in-depth identification of current and anticipated customer requirements,
  • continuous improvement of products through technological innovations,
  • maintaining high-quality production and product delivery processes,
  • continuous improvement of both human and technical resources,
  • technical support and training for distribution networks and installers,
  • providing customers with products free from manufacturing defects and by preventing breakdowns during operation,
  • maintaining high after-sales value through the availability of software updates and Platan product service.

We are committed to:

  • meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO / TS 22163: 2017 and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system,
  • disseminating among employees the importance of meeting customer requirements, as well as compliance with legal requirements,
  • providing conditions for the sustainable long-term development of the organization.

The quality objectives and tasks for the relevant units of the company are established, reviewed and accounted for during periodic reviews of the management system.
