Platan TAPI

Platan TAPI Service Provider (Platan TAPI) serves to communicate with and to support software using the PBX functionality (e.g. information about phone calls). Now communication of Platan PBX systems with external applications is possible not only with the use of a dedicated PCTI protocol, but also with Platan TAPI.

Examples of use

  • dial the numbers from the Microsoft Outlook® phonebook quickly and easily 
  • use other Microsoft Outlook® functions, such as: call log, quick dialling of the frequently used numbers, redialling the last numbers

  • work with applications using TAPI to communicate, e.g.:
    • supporting call phones in call centers (Naso CC),
    • managing customers relations - CRM (ITCube CRM, update CRM),
    • and many others - we are open to cooperation
