Group text messages

Send short text messages with Platan CTI app. to a larger group of receivers. Inform your clients about promotional offers or notify your collegues about a sudden event.

Group text messages can be sent by a Platan CTI app. [ver. 2.04.49 and higher] supported by Libra and Proxima servers [ver. 1.08.39 and higher] equipped with new (B13) GSM modules.

Messages can be sent to a group of receivers defined in a Central database of a Platan CTI app., to the phone numbers entered in a "Mobile number" field. Select receivers by clicking "To:" field in an SMS window. The confirmations of recepits are visible in the History of text messages.

We recommend sending simultaneously up to 256 standard text messages (up to 160 characters) via one GSM line.
