Libra PBX Server is a new generation product, using VoIP technology, designed for medium-to- large enterprises with up to 1,000 users. Libra provides security of work and freedom of connections - in any technology, with any phone set and operating system (Windows, Linux, MAC OS X), and even in any casing - STD wall mountable or RACK for ICT cabinets. Libra offers you more flexibility and it is even more user- and installer-friendly.

Intelligent Call Distribution with call queuing, call recording and advanced voice menu scenarios enable professional handling of even intensive phone traffic. An innovative See Who’s Talking solution will enrich daily telephone contacts thanks to the video transmission.

Call centre features

  • call schemes - multi-level voice menu system distributing the incoming calls with IVR (Interactive Voice Response); practically unlimited number of freely defined call schemes instead of previous infolines, with possibility of enabling call recording at any level; up to 1h of messages included;
  • possibility of leaving voice messages also for a group of users, e.g. the commercial office workers, in Voicemail Plus; the messages can be accessed by all group members and/or managed by a Supervisor in Platan CTI app.

  • free call transferring and passing from one call scheme to another - now the call can be transferred and left on any call scheme, e.g. in another department, where calls are answered by different group of consultants, with distinctive announcements and queues

  • precise choice of users, lines and type of calls (incoming, outgoing, internal) to be recorded;
  • "never record" option for selected users (e.g. directors);
  • embedded 25-channel voicemail system (up to 25 simultaneous users)

  • free numbering of all function dial numbers and escape code (eg. 9 instead of 0 to call the external number).

Now Libra PBX Server is avaiable also as Libra STD version - in casing to be mounted on the wall. Advantages of such solution:

  • two-coloured metal casing = screen against electromagnetic interference
  • no need to aquire ICT cabinet and have own server room = lower installation cost of the whole system
  • backup power supply hidden inside the server, silent operation = high installation aesthetics and lower costs

Libra PBX Server may comprise of up to six independent units. In every unit you have 15 universal slots at disposal, which globally permits you to use:

  • up to 64 analogue trunk (CO) lines
  • up to 128 ISDN BRA (2B+D)

  • up to 720 analogue extensions
  • up to 128 digital proprietary extensions

To adapt the system to your needs choose one of six controllers, each with different features and capabilities. 

The configuration available for a Libra STD version is the same. Up to 6 units of Libra PBX Servers in STD version may be connected thus creating a bigger system. The maximum configuration is then the same as in the RACK version.
